How to explain product innovation without sounding like hype

A product story that clarifies what changed, for who, and why it’s the obvious choice now.

Define “what changed” in one sentence

Innovation is not features; it’s a shift in what’s possible for a buyer.

Write: “Before, X. Now, Y. Because Z.”

Attach the change to a believable constraint

What forced this innovation? A technical limit, a market limit, a user behavior limit?

Constraints make the story believable.
