Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you use CommZone, including our website, mobile app, interview store, AI-powered interviews, generated summaries, and related services. By using CommZone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What CommZone Does

CommZone helps people answer guided interview questions and turns those responses into communication assets such as summaries, profile insights, messaging, and other copy-ready materials. Outputs are generated with automated systems and should be reviewed by you before use.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CommZone.
• Some interviews may be accessed through a purchase, invitation link, or device session rather than a traditional password account.
• You are responsible for keeping interview links and device access secure.
• If you use CommZone on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you have authority to provide the information you submit.

In-App Purchases

• Mobile purchases may be processed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account.
• Prices, taxes, refunds, purchase history, and payment methods are handled according to Apple Media Services terms and App Store policies.
• Interview purchases are generally consumable digital services that unlock an interview session or related output.
• If a purchase fails to unlock access, contact us with enough information to locate the transaction. Do not send full payment card details.

AI Outputs Are Drafts

CommZone outputs are generated from your responses and may contain mistakes, omissions, or phrasing that needs editing. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and deciding how to use any generated content. CommZone does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or professional advice.

Your Content and Permissions

• You keep ownership of the interview responses, uploaded materials, and source information you provide.
• You grant CommZone permission to process that content to operate the service, generate outputs, improve reliability, provide support, and maintain safety and security.
• Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use CommZone to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use generated outputs to impersonate others or misrepresent facts about yourself, a company, product, or third party.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of CommZone as the product evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CommZone and 500 Rockets Marketing are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of CommZone after changes means you accept the updated terms.
