ALO: attitude, language, outcome (so your messaging is operational)

A simple frame for turning strategy into usable writing constraints.

Attitude is the “stance”

Attitude is what you’re willing to say, what you refuse to say, and what you’re confident about.

Language is the repeatable phrasing

Collect phrases you would actually publish. That is voice in action.

Outcome is the target behavior

Outcome is what the audience does next. If you can’t name it, the asset is usually “nice” but not persuasive.
